Q: If I cannot find suitable program in your itineraries, can you do my itineraries?
A: Of course we can, we can figure out with you the rates based on your requested details. The tour program and the tariff are just for you. We are very happy to work out a number of interesting and unique travel products for you. It will be more interesting if you can design itinerary by yourself and we will make your dream come true.
Q: What languages can your guides speak?
A: Our guides can speak fluently English, French, German, Japanese, Chinese, Italian. We are proud to say that our guides are knowledgeable, well mannered, and caring to details. For many tours, we have both national guide and local guide to make sure that our clients are taken care to the maximum during their stay.
Q: Do you do MICE or business group tour?
A: we do. In fact, we have carried out many business group tours, and incentives and have always tried to find extraordinary activities for our clients.

Q: In case our client has any amendments during the trip, how do you charge us?
A: The client would then pay themselves at the spot to service providers namely hotels or transport rental companies at the published rate or the walk-in rates, or else, if you and the client would agree to let us to provide the services first and the payment would be settled between us correspondingly. The importance is the communication between us that would be kept very closely and frequently during the operation of the tour.
Q: Are there any restrictions on photography in Vietnam?
A: Yes. Photography in or near military installations, airports or similar locations is prohibited. Anyone caught doing taking photographs in restricted areas will have the film, and possibly the camera or camcorder, confiscated, and may be arrested.
Q: Can I buy antiques in Vietnam?
A: A qualified yes, providing it is less than a hundred years old. However, exporting an artefact that was made within the last century is not straightforward. There are experts on hand at the airport to verify the age of antiques, but the quality of fakes is very high, so anything that looks old is liable to be confiscated.
Q: I am from the United States. Will I face any hostility because of the war?
A: You will be surprised by the warmth of your reception. We Vietnamese live in the present and look forward to the future. the war is history. We warmly welcome people from all countries and races.
Q: What is the main difference in the climate of Vietnam and that of my country?
A: Vietnam is both hot and humid. Combined, they make visitors from temperate countries sweat profusely. Drinking plenty of water and good sun protection is essential. Winter in Hanoi (January to March) and the rest of the northern area can be be cold. The chilling effect is made worse by a damp, clammy atmosphere.
Q: Can I travel freely in Vietnam?
A: Up to a point. A few areas are closed for security reasons, and others require a permit. If you travel with travel agent, they will complete all necessary paperwork and permission procedures on your behalf.
Q: Where can I change my currency for local currency?
A: At the airport, in banks, or in shops licensed to sell gold - exchange rates are very similar. Steer clear of street moneychangers - the exchange rate will be no better, and being given forged notes is a risk.
Q: What about travellers cheques?
A: Travellers cheques and cash in any international currency can be changed at all major banks. 3 star hotels and more will accept travellers cheques.
Q: I am restricted to a special diet. How will I cope in Vietnam?
A: No problem. You can ask the hotels and restaurants that provide food as you like. They will be willing to make it for you.
Q: I am a vegetarian. What are the options for me?
A: Despite being a Buddhist country, Vietnam is short of vegetarian restaurants. However, there are a few in the larger cities, and its quite easy to find good vegetable meals. The fruit is excellent!
Q: We want to travel to Vietnam but there is no Vietnam Embassy and Consulate Offices in our city. How can I get visa to Vietnam?
A: We can help you to get visa upon arrival to Vietnam. We will apply your passport information to the National Immigration Department of Vietnam (NIDV). The approval Letter will be issued by the NIDV and then we will forward you one copy of this letter, enabling you to get on airplane at any airport. You will receive the visa at the arrival airport after making the visa application (forms + 25 USD stamping fee/passport + 2 photos of passport sizes)
Q:I am from Denmark, Do I need visa to Vietnam?
A: Citizens of Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway visiting Vietnam for up to 15 days are exempted from Visas. No visa required for ASEAN citizens (South East of Asia).
Q: You provide different tour guides or only 1 tour guide?
A: We will use different tour guides for almost trip with 2 main reasons as follow
- We will use different local tour guides to minimize the costing (Customers will not have to pay air tickets, accommodation and meals for fully escorted tour guide)
- Local tour guides have good commands of local knowledge, he know the place where he was born or long living, much better than people come from other regions.
Q: Shall I have to tip tour guides and drivers after the trip?
A: It is customary in Asia to tip service providers such as waiters, at approximately 10%, depending on the service. Tipping is expected - though not compulsory - and shows an expression of satisfaction with the people who have assisted you on your tour. Although it may not be customary to you, it is of considerable significance to the people who will take care of you during your travels. There are several times during the trip where there is opportunity to tip the local guides or drivers we use. You may do this individually.
Q: Can I use single entry visa for our revisit Vietnam after touring Cambodia?
A: No, you must obtain the multiple entry visa. Please inform us if you wish to extend your trip and want to re-enter into Vietnam to connect departure flights or for any purpose.
